Devil Dog Brew, The Best Damn Coffee In The World!, used Flowtown to automatically segment a customer list of theirs that was in MailChimp by Age, Gender, Location and Social Network.

Afterwards they saw a large portion of their customers were on Facebook and decided to send a targeted email campaign to those customers.

This email campaign (screenshot below) was designed to turn their existing email relationships into social relationships by asking these customers to come and 'Like' their fan page. It also contained a small purchase call to action.

Server Upgrade on June 1st from 9pm - 11pm PST

Howdy!

Tonight Flowtown.com will be going offline from 9pm - 11pm PST.

We're in the process of moving our servers from the kind folks at Linode to Amazom Web Services.

What does this mean for you? A faster import process, more reliabliity and redudancy. Basically an all around speedier and more stable Flowtown expierence.

Any imports running during this migration will be uneffected, however they won't complete until the migration is finished. Any autoresponders running during the migration will be paused until the migration completes, and then return back to normal.

If you have any questions please email help@flowtown.com.

Thank you for your patience during this period of downtime.
